To help our clients make smarter, data‑driven decisions, XTEL is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer with strong client focus, excellent teamwork skills, and deep BI expertise. You'll be the key technical reference for Data Quality, Consistency, and BI evolution within our AMS and delivery organization.

What You'll Do
  • Develop, test, and document scalable BI code aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Contribute across the full BI development lifecycle: design, coding, code review, unit testing, and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with architects and functional consultants to design and implement customer-focused BI solutions.
  • Lead or support implementation and deployment of Data Warehouses (DWH), BI data models, and report/dashboard layers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across DWH, ETL, BI models, and reporting.
  • Create technical specifications, solution estimates, and BI enhancement proposals.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure BI/DWH documentation and knowledge assets remain up to date.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture and data infrastructure.
  • Advanced SQL/T‑SQL skills and solid knowledge of relational database systems.
  • Experience with ETL, data integration, and Data Warehouse modelling (dimensional modelling preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in reporting/dashboard design and BI testing/UAT support.
  • Deep expertise with the Microsoft BI stack:
    • MS SQL
    • Azure Data Factory
    • Analysis Services (SSAS)
    • Power BI
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1).
  • Knowledge of CPG/FMCG processes (TPM, SFA, Retail Execution, Incentives, etc.) is a strong plus.
