The Information Lab, a leading company in the Data Analytics and Data Visualization disciplines and in the implementation of business digitization and modernization strategies, is looking for a System Engineer to support the strong growth expected in 2024

Job Description:

The candidate will become part of our Center of Excellence Infrastructure & Support and will collaborate with the rest of the Consulting Team both on projects for our Customers and on internal activities.

He/She will focus on the central monitoring and management solutions developed by TIL, improve standardization corporate wide and support our Customers in infrastructure management

He/She will become part of a young, multicultural and skilled team where we welcome new ideas and skillsets. We prefer quality over quantity and try to implement long-term solutions that help the business thrive.

Main Activities:

· Manage Server and the network

· Provide support to final users (ticket support).

· Automating recurring tasks (application installation, health check of server mainly focused on Tableau, Alteryx, Knime Infrastructure, installation and configuration of internal IT assets)

Requirements:

· Experience in managing/installing PCs and applications .

· Windows Server

· Linux

· Basic networking concepts

· Basic knowledge concepts of the main Cloud Provider (AWS,Azure,GCP)

· Knowledge of the most important authentication/authorization protocol (ad es. SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)

· Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

Nice to Have:

· Knowledge of Alteryx Server Infrastructure

· Knowledge of Knime Hub

· Knowledge of Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop

· Monitoring tool (Grafana, Splunk, DataDog, Zabbix)
