PROJECT MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

Project manager is responsible for leading projects that may be related and not limited to enhancing/developing processes, layout and associated tools. Identifies, analyzes and implements new or existing technology to optimize business processes. Designs process improvements to reduce cost, cycle time, improve quality and/or increase throughput.

Duties:

• Direct responsibility for project scope, schedule & budget to balance business deliverables within resource and time constraints.
• Coordinates communication across multiple functions and manufacturing facilities to review and prioritize projects.
• Ensure that projects are launched on time and meet established goals and objectives that support the financial and competitive goals of the organization.
• Provides communication link between the project teams and Senior management team and other stakeholders.
• Actively identifying & managing project risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.

Education and working experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field required
• Engineering background is preferred
• 1+ years related work experience required, in manufacturing industry, preferable medical devices
• Prior OEM/ODM experience in manufacturing or other industries would be a plus

etail oriented and ability to organize large amounts of work and data. This includes the need for good documentation practices
- Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate level of keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access

Knowledge and skills:

• Innovative, Self-motivated and Results driven
• Strong interpersonal skills required in the areas of verbal and written communications, customer focus, influencing, and team building
• Strong questioning & problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; Italian is a plus
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Work environment:

First 6 months on site is required. Hybrid eligible. Available to travel within Europe (25% - 30%)
