Your role
We are looking for a Wearable Domain Manager who will be the key reference for all transformation initiatives within your supply chain area. You will represent the Supply Chain in your domain, ensuring alignment between business needs and transformation strategy.
Main responsibilities:
- Collect and manage business and transformation requirements impacting the supply chain.
- Evaluate, prioritize, qualify, and coordinate transformation initiatives.
- Ensure strategic consistency across supply chain domains and with other transformation stakeholders.
- Define and drive the transformation roadmap for your area.
- Lead the creation and execution of strategic plans.
- Manage resources across programs and projects.
- Monitor projects and program outcomes, and KPIs.
- Understand current tools, processes, and systems (both operational and IT), and guide their evolution.
- Act as Project Manager when capacity allows, or support onboarding of external PMs
- Be the owner of the following key deliverables/activities: process and technology mapping for your domain; transformation roadmap; resource demand planning; project deliverables (for initiatives you lead)
Main requirements:
- Strong program and project management skills (certifications are a plus).
- Analytical mindset, with ability to visualize data and processes clearly.
- Solid supply chain knowledge, including (but not limited to): Process analysis, IT systems (e.g. ERP, planning tools, PLM)
- At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or in supply chain field
