This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for B2C sales operations. Your focus will be on optimizing processes that drive revenue performance and scalability while ensuring consistent performance and compliance. As a critical partner to various departments, you will translate business objectives into effective operations, working to maintain data accuracy and operational integrity. This position is key to nurturing a high-performing sales environment and influencing the overall success of the organization.

Accountabilities
  • Own and optimize day-to-day B2C sales operations to align with revenue targets and business priorities.
  • Establish and enforce operational standards and best practices to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Analyze performance trends and operational metrics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Lead and develop frontline sales teams through structured one-on-ones and performance reviews.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings focused on performance outcomes and execution priorities.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to sales standards and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership on hiring strategies and workforce planning.
  • Manage staffing coverage to maintain operational continuity and productivity.
  • Oversee CRM operational integrity, including data accuracy and reporting standards.
  • Develop onboarding materials and operational playbooks.
  • Ensure compliant CRM usage through audits and continuous process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between frontline teams and leadership for operational execution.
Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of experience in sales operations or sales leadership in a B2C environment.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and driving operational performance.
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) with a data-driven focus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership capabilities.
