Based in our office in Carpi (MO), we are looking for a talented Project Manager Operations to join us and play a crucial role in our Change Team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business by overseeing and optimizing logistics and operations projects related to distribution and supply chain management.

The candidate will lead initiatives that improve operational processes, ensure the efficient flow of goods, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners while driving digital transformation and the adoption of innovative technologies.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead complex logistics and operational projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at the required quality level.
  • Define project governance frameworks and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, coordinating business units, IT teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, fostering the adoption of new technologies, automation, and supply-chain visibility tools.
  • Analyze and optimize logistics and supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, innovative solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, ensuring an efficient flow of goods and information from suppliers to customers.
  • Develop and present reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to communicate project status, KPIs, and key insights to senior leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 -8 years of experience in logistics project management, preferably in the sportswear, fashion, or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, DTC/marketplace, and digital operations.
  • Project management expertise (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2) and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
