Role Overview
We're looking for a skilled and versatile Software Engineer to lead the integration of our AI platform into local customer environments. This is a highly hands-on, customer-facing role at the intersection of backend engineering and applied AI.Rather than building the core platform itself, you'll focus on adapting, integrating, and customizing AI agents to fit real-world workflows. You'll collaborate directly with customers, working end-to-end to ensure seamless onboarding, tailored functionality, and production-ready deployment of AI-powered solutions.We're seeking someone who can move fast across the stack, thrives in ambiguous environments, and loves solving complex technical problems that make a real impact.
RequirementsResponsibilities
Integrate our AI platform with customer systems, APIs, and workflowsDesign and implement backend services and data pipelines to support integrationsBuild, configure, and deploy AI agents tailored to specific customer use casesCollaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver custom solutionsServe as a trusted technical contact for customer-facing teamsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize integrations in real-world environmentsWork closely with internal product and R&D teams to align customer needs with platform capabilitiesWhat We're Looking For
4–5+ years of software development experience, including production-grade backend systemsStrong proficiency in TypeScript and GoSolid understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and modern web integration patternsHands-on experience working with AI agents and integrating LLMs into real-world applicationsComfortable navigating cloud environments and shipping fast across the stackExcellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customersProblem-solver mindset with a high degree of autonomy and adaptabilityBonus Points
Experience in early-stage startups or fast-paced product teamsFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)Understanding of vector databases, embedding models, or retrieval systemsWhy This Role Is Unique
