European Solidarity Corps
, and other EU initiatives focused on education, inclusion, and community development.

Position overview

We are looking for a
European Project Designer
with proven experience in
EU project writing, management, and reporting
, particularly in the
educational and youth sectors
, to support our team in the development and coordination of new project proposals.

Main responsibilities

  • Draft and develop
    European project proposals
    (Erasmus+, ESC, CERV, Creative Europe, etc.)
  • Coordinate with international partners on activity design and budget planning
  • Support the
    operational and administrative management
    of approved projects
  • Monitor
    EU funding opportunities
    and upcoming calls for proposals
  • Collaborate with the HRYO team on
    strategic planning
    and project development

Requirements

  • Excellent command of English
    (both written and spoken)
  • Proven experience
    in EU project design and management (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong knowledge of
    EU funding programmes
    in the educational, youth, and social sectors
  • Excellent
    writing and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Availability for
    part-time collaboration
    under a
    freelance / VAT contract

Assets (nice to have)

  • Experience working with
    NGOs, youth organizations, or the third sector
  • Familiarity with
    EU project management and reporting tools
    (e.g. Mobility Tool, Beneficiary Module)
  • Knowledge of additional European languages
