Job Purpose/Role
All'interno del Lead Strategy Team, la posizione ha il compito di monitorare e ottimizzare il full funnel di Lead Generation in linea con la strategia. Lavora in sinergia con tutti i touch point aziendali in ottica di continuo miglioramento delle performance dell'intero funnel
Key Responsibilities
- Definire e implementare strategie di Leads generation e conversion
- Monitorare e ottimizzare il full-funnel del processo
- Ottimizzare la spesa media per massimizzare la lead acquisition (traffic volume, cost per visit)
- Collaborare con il team Market Management per massimizzare la strategia di Lead Acquisition
- Ottimizzare le strategie di attribuzione dei lead per massimizzare il conversion rate
- Coordinamento con il Team di Market Management per massimizzare le attività di Lead Acquisition in funzione dell'andamento dei principali KPI del funnel
Key Requirements
- 5 o più anni di esperienza in digital advertising e paid media
- Competenze di Project Management
- Conoscenza approfondita di Paid Media Strategy e Affiliation Marketing
- Competenza in analisi KPI legati al lead funnel
- Conoscenza base di AI Data Strategy sarebbe un plus
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Orientamento al risultato in termini di business generato
