About the role

We are looking for a motivated professional with 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or consulting to join our Group Treasury team. The role focuses on financial planning, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and monitoring treasury processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting at Group level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, and treasury reports;
  • Supporting treasury operations, liquidity management, and TMS implementation;
  • Assisting in FX risk monitoring and developing risk mitigation strategies.

The position involves close collaboration with Group Controlling, divisional/local finance teams, and other corporate functions to improve models, tools, and workflows supporting financial decision-making.

The position in based in Bologna (Italy).

What you need to be successful

  • 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, FP&A, or consulting;
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Strong analytical abilities; hands-on experience in financial modeling, data and variance analysis;
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, financial software; statistical tools are a plus;
  • Solid grasp of corporate finance principles, forecasting, liquidity metrics, and working capital;
  • Excellent communication and presentation; collaborative, detail-oriented, structured, proactive, problem-solving mindset, and accountable;
  • Full professional English; additional languages are a plus;
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Piteco), treasury operations, cash management, and basic financial risk management (FX exposure, hedging).
