Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Real Estate Intern role located in Milan. The intern will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating virtual or in-person consultations and property viewings as applicable; managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and guiding prospects through the company's acquisition and rental processes. The role involves applying the company's methodologies and strategy frameworks in day-to-day interactions and decision-making; working proactively toward achieving specific performance goals and revenue targets set by the company; executing duties with professionalism and efficiency while maintaining alignment with the company's core business goals; and respecting and enhancing the company's reputation in all dealings.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Italian (
    required
    ); knowledge of Spanish or French is encouraged but not required
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to engage and convert clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proactive attitude toward learning, problem-solving, and achieving results
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management abilities
