About the Role:
We are seeking a
Mechanical Engineer
to join our Engineering Department, supporting the
Flexpack Projects Team
. The successful candidate will work alongside Senior Mechanical Designers, managing projects from concept to completion, progressively developing full autonomy while always working within a team.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will:
- Design mechanical components and small machine groups, with a special focus on small-sized parts;
- Modify existing machine groups and design new mechanical parts;
- Draft relevant technical documentation;
- Develop new methodologies and technologies for the design and production of small-sized machine parts;
- Support the Assembly and Testing Departments during ongoing modifications;
- Collaborate closely with the Electronics Department;
- Build synergies between Mechanical, Electronics, Kinematic Analysis, and Packaging Product Innovation departments;
- Identify AI application opportunities within the Technical Department;
- Participate in design reviews.
What You Need to Be Successful:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong interest in design activities and a natural aptitude for working with customers and colleagues. You are a team player.
You also have:
- A Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience;
- Previous teamwork experience (also gained through sports or university projects);
- Proficiency in parametric design tools; knowledge of
PTC Creo
, other CAD tools, and generative design will be considered a plus; - Willingness to learn
SAP
and
Oracle
(prior experience is a plus); - Fluency in spoken and written English;
- Availability for business trips (approximately 10–15%);
- A hands-on, flexible, and curious mindset;
- Willingness to use AI as a key success factor (previous experience is a plus).
