Intertek, principale realtà internazionale di servizi ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification), ricerca un Senior Mechanical Engineer per un progetto della durata di un anno nel settore delle energie rinnovabili.

La risorsa sarà responsabile della definizione e implementazione delle politiche di manutenzione meccanica, contribuendo alla pianificazione strategica, alla supervisione delle attività operative e all'ottimizzazione delle risorse.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Definire e implementare politiche di manutenzione per gli impianti meccanici, proponendo nuove strategie quando necessario.
  • Contribuire agli studi di affidabilità e alla definizione dei piani di manutenzione in linea con le strategie aziendali.
  • Supervisionare l'esecuzione dei programmi di manutenzione insieme al personale di sito e organizzare audit meccanici completi.
  • Sviluppare e validare procedure e istruzioni per interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.
  • Supportare la preparazione e gestione degli shutdown meccanici, definendo le attività prioritarie e le interfacce operative con altri reparti.
  • Analizzare i parametri funzionali delle apparecchiature per individuare guasti incipienti e proporre azioni correttive.
  • Monitorare le attività di manutenzione basate sulle condizioni degli impianti, suggerendo miglioramenti.
  • Partecipare alla selezione di nuove apparecchiature e ingegneria di manutenzione per progetti di revamping o piccoli interventi.
  • Gestire la logistica dei ricambi, l'MRP e l'ottimizzazione delle scorte.
  • Supervisionare fornitori e appaltatori, garantendo la correttezza degli strumenti e servizi esternalizzati.
  • Segnalare anomalie e incidenti, partecipare alle analisi delle cause principali e assicurare il follow-up delle azioni correttive.
  • Contribuire alla preparazione del budget annuale per manutenzione, revisioni straordinarie e lavori di sviluppo.
  • Ottimizzare le risorse mediante campagne di manutenzione integrate.
  • Supportare i fornitori nelle diagnosi avanzate e nella gestione degli shutdown programmati o non programmati.
  • Gestire le emergenze relative ad apparecchiature critiche, valutando l'impatto sulle attività in corso.
Requirements
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica.
  • Esperienza minima di 10 anni in manutenzione, preferibilmente nel settore Oil & Gas.
  • Ottime capacità analitiche, attenzione ai dettagli, iniziativa e spirito di teamwork.
  • Proattivo, indipendente, aperto al confronto e orientato alla ricerca di soluzioni tecniche ed economiche ottimali.
  • Eccellenti capacità di reportistica.
  • Buona padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese, sia scritta che parlata.
