What you'll do:

  • Join the Sisal Italy Content Management team and support content creation and publishing activities across Sisal's digital platforms.
  • Learn how to manage and update digital content using a Content Management System (CMS) in an omnichannel, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams including UX/UI, Visual, Analytics, SEO, Marketing, and Product to understand how content supports the customer journey.
  • Contribute to content quality control and publishing workflows, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
  • Participate in internal meetings and training to develop your knowledge of digital communication and content strategy.

What you'll bring:

  • A university degree in Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Languages, Humanities or similar (completed or in progress).
  • Curiosity for digital content, UX writing, and storytelling.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic familiarity with web/digital platforms.
  • Fluency in Italian and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
