, sarai impegnata/o nella gestione dei processi di cambiamento aziendali; insieme a colleghe e colleghi esperti analizzerai i requisiti strategici utili a implementare le migliori soluzioni digitali presenti sul mercato per la gestione integrata dei processi.

All'interno della solution
Microsoft
, supporterai programmi di
Operations Digital Transformation
in realtà complesse e multinazionali, lavorando a stretto contatto con gli utenti di business e con i team progettuali per tradurre le esigenze operative in soluzioni applicative efficaci.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di:

• Analizzare i processi Operations as-is e contribuire alla definizione dei processi to-be in ambiti quali Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Production Control e Master Planning.
• Configurare i moduli Operations di Dynamics 365 F&O secondo le best practice Microsoft.
• Redigere documentazione funzionale: Business Requirements, Fit/Gap analysis, Functional Design Document, process flow e user stories.
• Collaborare con utenti Operations durante workshop, raccolta requisiti, sessioni di validazione e definizione delle soluzioni.
• Supportare le fasi di test (SIT e UAT): preparazione dei casi di test, esecuzione, analisi anomalie e validazione funzionale.
• Partecipare al cut-over, al go-live e alle attività di hypercare fornendo supporto operativo agli utenti.

Come As You Are – Le tue competenze e caratteristiche
Questa opportunità è perfetta per te se:

• Hai maturato 3–5 anni di esperienza come Functional Consultant su Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in area Operations.
• Hai familiarità con i principali processi operativi (Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Production, Planning).
• Hai partecipato a progetti di implementazione svolgendo raccolta requisiti, configurazione, fit/gap, test e supporto al go-live.
• Sei abituata/o a interfacciarti con utenti Operations e stakeholder operativi, facilitando workshop e momenti di analisi.
• Lavori con metodo, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di gestire le priorità operative del progetto.
• Parli inglese in modo fluente e sai muoverti in contesti multinazionali e multi-country.
• Sei disponibile a viaggiare per seguire le attività progettuali nelle fasi chiave.

KPMG Advisory provides consulting services to support companies in transforming their business models, improving and digitalizing processes, and strengthening risk management. We also support clients in extraordinary finance operations.

By joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will contribute to managing business transformation initiatives. Together with experienced colleagues, you will analyze strategic requirements and help implement advanced digital solutions for integrated process management.

Within the Microsoft solution offering, you will support Operations Digital Transformation programs in complex and multinational environments, working closely with business users and project teams to translate operational needs into effective application solutions.

In particular, you will:

• Analyze as-is Operations processes and contribute to defining to-be processes across areas such as Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Master Planning.
• Configure Dynamics 365 F&O Operations modules in line with Microsoft best practices.
• Prepare functional documentation including Business Requirements, Fit Gap Analysis, Functional Design Documents, process flows, and user stories.
• Collaborate with Operations users during workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, validation activities, and solution definition.
• Support test phases (SIT and UAT): prepare test cases, execute tests, analyze defects, and validate solutions.
• Participate in cut-over, go-live, and hypercare activities, providing operational support to end users.

You will take part in national and international projects, working with highly qualified teams and supporting clients across different and continuously evolving industries.

Come As You Are – Your Skills And Characteristics
This opportunity is ideal for you if:

• You have 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in the Operations area.
• You are familiar with key operational processes (Supply Chain, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Production, Planning).
• You have participated in implementation projects, performing requirement gathering, configuration, fit/gap analysis, testing, and go-live support.
• You are comfortable working with Operations users and operational stakeholders, facilitating workshops and analysis sessions.
• You work with structure, attention to detail, and the ability to manage operative project priorities.
• You speak fluent English and are able to work in multinational and multi-country environments.
• You are available to travel to support key phases of project delivery.
