WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPORT MANAGER

To support our international growth, we are looking for an Export Manager who will contribute to the development of foreign markets and help strengthen TECO's presence worldwide.

YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for managing international markets, working closely with customers, distributors and internal teams.

You will combine technical understanding, commercial mindset and relationship skills to deliver value to customers and sustainable growth for TECO.

Sales

  • Manage & develop assigned international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts and pricing with a dedicated inside sales specialist

Customer & Technical Collaboration

  • Understand customer needs and translate them into commercial solutions
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations &  Product Management teams
  • Collect market feedback to support product development and innovation

International Presence

  • Represent TECO at international trade fairs and industry events
  • Travel regularly to international markets

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A commercially driven professional with a strong interest in international markets.

Someone who is comfortable combining technical content and commercial strategy.

A proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented person.

A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • At least 4/5 years of experience in an Export role
  • Background in industrial automation
  • Knowledge of cable solutions is a strong plus
  • Experience working with OEM customers is a plus

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional languages are a plus
