Overview of the role:

The Head of Casino will drive the strategy of casino products across multiple brands and markets for Flutter Southern Europe & Africa, ensuring a competitive offering and exceptional customer experience by leveraging the resources and expertise of the Flutter Group

What you'll do: 

• You will join the Gaming team as Head of Casino Product, managing products across multiple brands and regulated markets. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Gaming.

• You will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, roadmap and budget for the Casino product. You'll ensure a competitive and continuously evolving offering that aligns with business goals, while defining the market positioning of new features and products.

• You will lead the selection, integration, and performance optimization of casino content providers. This includes roadmap planning and contract negotiations. You will deliver actionable insights through data-driven product development.

• You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless and engaging customer product experience.

• You will contribute to strategic initiatives within Flutter, supporting business case development and product strategies

Who you'll bring: 

• You have at least 10 years of experience in project management, negotiation, governance & change management, business modeling, analytics & reporting, experience in Gaming industry is a plus.

• You are able to lead and manage a team with empathy and a goal oriented approach.

• You have a degree in in economics, marketing or engineering;

• You have excellent knowledge of digital & operations processes in structured companies.

• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.

• You are proactive, curious, passionate and with good communication and analytical skills.

• You know how to take decisions based on numbers and knowledge of customers and products, lead and motivate your team and how to communicate results and updates to top management in an effective way.
