Leasing Back Office
da inserire all'interno del Team Leasing di Svicom Agency. La risorsa sarà a diretto riporto del/della Leasing Associate e sarà a supporto operativo di tutti i progetti commerciali.
Nello specifico, la risorsa si dovrà occupare di:
- Reportistica sullo stato di avanzamento delle trattative, da mandare alla proprietà
- Scouting di format di brand
- Ricerca attiva su tutto ciò che riguarda il mondo del retail
- Invio delle proposte economiche ( composta da tutta la documentazione necessaria come brochure, presentazione del progetto, proposte economiche etc…)
- Invio del materiale esplicativo del progetto ai tenants
La risorsa dovrà possedere le seguenti competenze:
- Laurea in marketing e/o in materie economico scientifiche
- Ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Passione per il mondo retail
- Ottima conoscenze dell'inglese
- Proattività, curiosità
- Spiccato orientamento all'obiettivo
- Interesse verso l'utilizzo attivo degli strumenti basati sulla IA
sarà considerato requisito preferenziale ma non di sbarramento, il possesso del patentino da mediatore immobiliare.
