JOB PURPOSE

The CRM Intern will assist in the planning and execution of CRM and client engagement activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in campaign management, clienteling, performance tracking, and administrative tasks, while offering the opportunity to learn about CRM best practices and digital tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.
CRM Analysis & Reporting

  • Support weekly and monthly CRM KPI tracking
  • Assist in creating dashboards and performance summaries for Retail teams
  • Support basic campaign analysis (e.g., open rates, conversion rates) and highlight key insights for the team

2.
Clienteling Support

  • Help organize personalized CRM campaigns (targeting, content, deployment)
  • Assist in preparing Clienteling toolkits for store teams
  • Support initiatives such as in-store events and gifting
  • Collect feedback from stores and help share best practices

3.
Client Experiences & Loyalty

  • Support the implementation of client-focused initiatives
  • Assist with supplier coordination, gifts, and logistics
  • Help manage invoices and supplier communications

Administrative Support

  • Assist the CRM Manager in creating supplier profiles in internal tools
  • Support purchase order creation and budget tracking
  • Manage loyalty-related orders (gifts, cards, CRM materials)

5.
CRM Culture & Digital Tools

  • Support the adoption of CRM processes and digital tools
  • Help train team members on system use and best practices
  • Help monitor and report on CRM initiatives and productivity KPIs

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple deadlines and work effectively under pressure. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. 

Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of consistency and accuracy. 

A proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork. 

Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Fluency in English.
