Freelance Opportunity: Cleaning & Process Validation Specialist (Pharma – Latina, Italy)

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with proven expertise in
Cleaning & Process Validation
to support and coordinate activities for a leading pharmaceutical company in Latina. This is a
freelance, full-time assignment
offering the chance to work on impactful projects in sterile processes and oral solids manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cleaning & process validation projects within a pharmaceutical environment
  • Draft, review, and approve protocols, reports, and quality risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with GMP documentation standards (Protocols, Reports, VP, Assessments, etc.)
  • Utilize statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) to support validation activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate resources when required

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    3 years' experience
    in cleaning & process validation projects in pharma
  • Strong knowledge of sterile processes and oral solids manufacturing
  • Expertise in GMP documentation and validation procedures
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis programs (Minitab)
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Italian & English

Nice to Have

  • Experience in resource coordination and team support

Location & Commitment

  • 100% on-site at the client's facility in
    Latina, Italy
  • Full-time engagement:
    Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30
  • Freelance contract – ideal for independent professionals
