Shape the future of safer gambling across multiple European markets. A leading international operator is seeking a senior Responsible Gaming (RG) professional to drive group-wide RG strategy, team leadership, and regulatory engagement across a diverse set of regulated EU jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the group's responsible gaming vision, policies, and operational frameworks.
  • Lead and mentor a specialist RG team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of harm detection, intervention protocols, and player protection initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, AML, Product, Data, and Customer Operations to embed RG best practices throughout the business.
  • Ensure the organisation remains audit-ready and fully aligned with evolving regulatory requirements across multiple EU markets.
  • Represent the company in regulatory discussions, industry forums, and external partnerships.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights to executive leadership, driving innovation and measurable impact.

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience in responsible gaming within regulated online gambling environments, ideally covering several European markets.
  • Demonstrable success in leading RG teams, implementing harm minimisation frameworks, and engaging with regulatory bodies.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of European responsible gaming standards and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Croatia, Lithuania (location is negotiable), with travel within the EU as required.

Location & Package

  • Flexible EU location; willingness to relocate to Croatia, Lithuania or similar; and work hybrid to work collaboratively with Compliance, AML, Product, Data, and Customer Operations colleagues.
