Equipment Sales Manager- Italy

Driving equipment sales in the assigned geographical region including:
Develop, communicate and implement growth strategy focused on regional opportunities. Ensure deep local infertility market insight to accelerate growth and execute sales & marketing tactics in the region of responsibility
Determine resources and scheduling to meet assigned objectives and goals. Assists senior management in developing and executing budget
Proactively collaborate and support Account Managers to generate leads and develop leads into closed deals.
- Monitor or and participate in relevant equipment public tenders, coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure presence of CooperSurgical products in tenders specifications.
Develop, communicate and implement marketing campaigns to grow equipment sales, growing CooperSurgical market share of technical service contracts and RIW
Build strong customer relationships by understanding the local market and customer needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction with closed equipment deals and driving training programs for customers on CooperSurgical equipment & technical service
Gain, structure and communicate internally market intelligence and market access data on the countries within Italy and broader regional set up in terms of equipment for fertility clinics. Mantain full overview of installed equipment database, proactively monitor new lab and electronic witnessing projects in the region
Collaborate with Service Support team, including Field Service technicians, to ensure high customer satisfaction with equipment installations and technical service. Coordinate internally to get issues resolved in a timely manner
Perform facility reviews to specify needs for an account with the support of RIW application experts. Coordinate execution of RIW projects with internal stakeholders and customers. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention on RIW
Secure all in the team are knowledgeable of CooperSurgical equipment & technical service portfolio, and work in line with the corporate processes by continuous training and knowledge checks
Continuously manage a sales pipeline together with Account Managers. Incorporate consumables and service into equipment deals
Provide ideas and arrange marketing campaigns, to drive equipment sales and technical service, and or drive any initiatives to drive awareness and gain market shares
Identify and implement best practices, ensure knowledge sharing with EMEA colleagues
Collaborate with Global Scientific Equipment team to develop the commercial offer in the assigned region, as well as any support functions : Clinical Application Specialist, Field product Manager, Witness Application Specialist etc…
Collaborate with Global Marketing to feedback market demands and implement marketing initiatives in the assigned region
Ensure high engagement and result-oriented team work culture
Participate and localize the corporate strategy in integrating acquisitions and developing portfolio
Lead regional coordination with the corporate functions on customer complaints, recalls and legal matters
Maintain relevant documentation and reports
Ensure all advise given is compliant with legislation adhering to company policies and best practice
Contributing to the business planning duties: weekly forecast, monthly report, AOP/Budget cycle process
Ad hoc tasks: Delegated by direct manager. This can include but are not limited to business forecasting, administration tasks, process improvement, marketing projects, KPI determining and management.
