Role Overview:
  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in Italian
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues with empathy
  • Log cases in CRM systems, follow-up, and track outcomes
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain service quality
Candidate Profile:
  • Italian Fluent/C2 + B2 English proficiency
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Willing to relocate to Greece
  • Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
  • EU passport or Greek residency card (mush tave)
