MISSION

To lead the implementation and management of Zumub's logistics operations in Italy. This role will be responsible for the warehouse launch, structuring the operational team, and overseeing day-to-day local logistics operations.

ROLE

  • Lead the setup and launch of the warehouse in Milan, Italy
  • Manage the entire local logistics operation (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
  • Recruit, train, and manage warehouse operators and the operational team
  • Define operational processes and ensure efficiency, quality, and cost control
  • Negotiate and manage local carriers and logistics partners
  • Monitor and report operational KPIs
  • Coordinate with the central head office teams (supply chain, IT, customer service)
  • Ensure legal, fiscal, and bureaucratic compliance of the Italy operation
  • Support administrative processes related to local operations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent Italian speaker (
    mandatory
    )
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Solid experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management
  • Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, 3PL, or retail (
    strongly preferred
    )
  • Proven experience in hiring and managing operational teams
  • Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills
  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • High sense of responsibility and autonomy
