Position Overview

품질 보증 Engineer 로서, 품질 경영 시스템이라는 틀 안에서 인증 요건, 고객 요청 등의 다양한 요구사항이 충족되어 운영되게 함을 목표로 한다. 이를 위한 인증 업무를 주요 업무로서 수행하고 QMS/EMS, 제품인증 등이 이에 해당되며 이에 따른 표준화 관리 활동을 실시한다. 인증 평가 및 고객사의 시스템 평가 Pass 를 위해 ISO 인증 요건과 고객 요구사항을 인지하고 적용하여 관련자와 협업하며, 이와 관련하여 고객사의 요청에 따른 정기 품질 경영시스템 평가가 실시 될 경우, 내부 사전 시스템 평가 및 실무 진행을 실시한다.

Job Responsibilities

QMS: ISO/TS16949, IATF16949 인증EMS: ISO14001 인증

- 당사의 ISO 및 IATF 표준 준수와 프로세스 구축을 보증한다 

- 인증의 유지관리가 가능하도록 절차 확립 및 지속적 개선을 수행한다

- 인증의 유효성 확인을 위한 정기 심사(전환/갱신/사후관리) 대응을 수행하며 관련 진행사항을 지원한다

제품인증

- 취득한 제품인증의 유지관리를 위해 요구되는 정기적인 제품인증 심사 대응하고 지속적인 개선/보완을 수행하여, 제품 인증의 유효성이 유지되도록 한다

- 고객사 요청 등으로 인하여 추가적인 인증 취득이 필요로 될 시, 인증기관, Global team, Engineer 및 Supplier 와 협업하여 인증 취득 Process 를 수행하여 제품인증 취득 관리를 수행한다

고객사 품질경영 시스템 정기평가

- 고객사 품질경영 시스템 정기평가 진행에 따라, 유 관련자와 협업하여 내부 사전 점검 및 관련 자료를 확보하고 정기평가가 PASS 달성할 수 있도록 심사 대응 수행 및 보조한다

내부심사

- QMS/EMS 운영의 효율성 확보를 위해 정기적인 내부심사 업무를 수행한다 

- 내부심사를 통해 발견된 부적합 사항들이 개선되고 유지관리 될 수 있도록 개선 사항 검토 및 유효성 검증을 실시하여, 올바른 품질 시스템 운영이 되도록 한다

표준화 관리

- IATF 표준이 System 에 적용될 수 있도록 규정 문서류에 대한 표준화 작업을 보조한다

Global SAP Project Support

- Global SAP Project 진행 시, 필요한 Test 와 같은 Global / Local Team 간의 협업이 필요로 될 경우 원활한 진행이 가능토록 해당 업무를 Support 한다.

자격요건

1) Competencies & Skills

 - IATF16949, ISO/TS16949 및 ISO14001 요건의 요구사항에 대한 이해 및 적용 능력

 - 고객사별 품질 System에 대한 이해 및 적용능력

 - Communication skills - Internal /External / Global

 - MS Office

2) Experience

 - ISO 표준에 근거한 인증 업무 경험

3) Education

 - 전기/전자/기계/화학/산업공학 전공
