Experience:
Minimum of Eight years of experience in electrical control systems design, preferably as a Lead Design Engineer in the machine automation field within the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical domain.
Expert-level proficiency with SPAC Automazione 2025 is essential, including experience with add-on modules such as the Cable Module and other relevant tools.
Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and apply them effectively.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop comprehensive electrical design packages, including detailed electrical and pneumatic schematics, panel layouts, bills of materials and material requisitions, based on Client standard specifications and the customers' requirements.
· Verify that electrical design package is complete, accurate and safe by applying sound design practices and accepted standards, and that the I/O drawings meet program requirements prior to issue to shop floor.
· Work with project managers, designers and electricians to solve problems during manufacturing of machinery in order to provide the customer with a complete, functional system.
· Be able to correct interfacing and connection of the Machinery with other components and systems, if required.
· Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Client Code of Business Conduct.
· Have thorough knowledge of machine safety standards like IEC-EN60204 etc. and be able to apply the same in the Design.
· Will be responsible for all the client project documents like check list, Compliance and Traceability Matrix, Compliance Checklist, Overtemperature Calculation and Test Electrical Safety (TES) etc.
