As part of our new shop opening in Milano, we are looking for our future Store Manager, to oversee the day-to-day operations, define, develop, and implement its commercial, human, and financial strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Job description :

Business Development

  • Analyze store performance and implement action plans to achieve sales and KPI targets.

  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to maximize store results.

Team Management

  • Set individual objectives, provide feedback, and develop team capabilities.

  • Attract, and lead a high-performing team, ensuring accountability and celebrating successes.

  • Conduct daily and weekly briefings to align the team on goals and strategies.

  • Support onboarding and ensure staff are professional, knowledgeable, and brand-ready.

Customer service

  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold the Sessùn brand experience.

  • Act as a brand ambassador and build strong client relationships.

  • Develop customer portofolio and customer database (CRM).
