The Professional Brand Manager will be responsible for positioning Colgate-Palmolive as the leading oral care equity, while building strong / lasting partnerships with the profession at all influence levels and driving brand advocacy. This position is also responsible to drive an omni-channel experience for different stakeholders which include dental students, dental practitioners, dental academia, dental distributors as well as Key Opinion Leaders at all levels and public health. This position works closely with the Consumer Experience team as well as Customer Development  to define the growth priorities, combine expertise and scale learning.

What you will do

• Italy Professional Communication Strategy & Deployment Define and execute the Professional Communication journey by developing or adapting marketing assets

• Partner  with European Division Professional, Digital and Brand Teams to work on localizing plans and collaborating on opportunities

• Develop Professional Experience Calendar, in partnership with Digital / Brand / Pharma and Scientific Affairs teams

• Congress management Lead the execution of major industry events by managing stand development and supervise the logistical mobilization of teams and materials

• Chair to Sink Conversion Drive long-term loyalty by strategically managing professional sampling, supervising its logistics and fostering clinical-to-home conversion

• Professional Sampling Digital Tool Lead Scale Professional digital reach by defining webshop strategy and amplification plan, while overseeing operational implementation excellence 

• BSBF Management develop this Educational Program by elevating the participant journey through Omni content development and oversee excellence on the execution

• Lead professional insights gathering to infuse into professional plans

• Budget allocation and control of Professional investment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hygienist, Dentistry, Life Sciences, Business Administration or Marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in  Marketing, Pharma, or Dental Practitioner (dentist / hygienist) 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, together with an ability to predict/respond to the rapidly evolving professional oral care environment (externally and internally)

• Ability to work cross-functionally

• Strong networking and project management skills 

• Excellent verbal/written expression to effectively interact with the leadership of multicultural markets and multifunctional areas - adapting communication style to various audiences

• Strong organizational, interpersonal and planning skills

• Proficiency in English and Italian

Temporary Contract: (12 months)
