Junior Marketing Specialist Events (Italy)
and you will support the development and execution of world-class congresses and events, ensuring alignment with regional and global marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment, driving business growth through strategic event marketing.

Your role:

• You will support the team in leading end-to-end organization of premier congresses and events, ensuring flawless execution.
• You will support the team in managing event partnerships, booth designs and sponsorships to align with business objectives, customer experience, and lead generation.
• You will support the delivery of compelling event content, including presentations, interviews, invitations, and promotional materials for multi-channel distribution.
• You will work closely with SEU, EMEA, and local teams to align events with broader marketing strategies.
• You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners.
• You will support digital marketing integration by analyzing digital KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.

Your expertise:

• A qualification/degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Previous experience (even informal) in event planning would be a plus.
• Strong interest in Marketing, Communications and Event Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a team.
• Creativity and a basic understanding of what makes an event engaging.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)daily working language.
• Contractual requirement: must be under 29 years old to be eligible for a professional apprenticeship contract (Contratto di Apprendistato).
