The British School Group Fiumicino is a dynamic and growing English language school committed to providing high-quality language education in a supportive and professional environment. We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven individual to lead our local branch as Branch Manager.

The Role: The Branch Manager will be the face of our school in Fiumicino, responsible for the overall success of the branch. This is a crucial leadership role that requires a blend of academic oversight, business acumen, and strong personnel management skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, preferably within the education or service sector.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) – C1/C2 level required.
  • Strong teaching/academic background (e.g., TEFL/CELTA certification, teaching experience, or academic management experience is highly desirable).
  • Demonstrable commercial and sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Part-time

Retribuzione: €20.000,00 - €30.000,00 all'anno

Ore previste: non più di 38 a settimana
