Role Description

The Introducing Broker will focus on developing and managing client relationships, identifying potential clients, and presenting Ultima Markets' trading services and benefits. The role involves understanding clients' trading needs, providing support and guidance, and assisting in account-related queries. Additionally, the role includes executing initiatives to grow the client base and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their trading journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial markets, CFD trading, and Forex
• Experience in sales or client relationship management is beneficial
• Experience in creating or sharing financial content (videos, live sessions, market commentary, trading tips)
• Proficiency in managing client accounts and identifying customer needs
• Ability to develop affiliate structures, partnership programs, or localized community growth strategies
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5
• Proven track record of onboarding and managing high-volume traders (desirable but not mandatory).
