La figura prescelta sarà inserita all'interno dal team Planning & Innovation e riporterà direttamente al responsabile dell'area.
Principali attività e responsabilità
Coordinare la pianificazione, l'esecuzione e il monitoraggio dei progetti industriali, assicurandone il rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità.
Gestire team multifunzionali e facilitare la collaborazione tra diverse aree (produzione, logistica, supply chain, R&D).
Analizzare processi esistenti e proporre soluzioni innovative per incrementare efficienza, sostenibilità e competitività.
Definire obiettivi, KPI e milestone, monitorando l'avanzamento e predisponendo reportistica periodica per il management.
Individuare rischi e criticità, proponendo piani di mitigazione e azioni correttive.
Promuovere la diffusione di una cultura di project management strutturata e orientata al miglioramento continuo.
Supportare iniziative di digitalizzazione e innovazione tecnologica all'interno dell'area industriale.
Interfaccia con il top management per presentazioni, avanzamenti e decision-making.
Requisiti richiesti
Laurea in Laurea in Ingegneria gestionale, Economia e Management;
Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo maturata all'interno di contesti industriali;
Precedente esperienza nel settore della moda e del lusso;
Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving;
Spiccate doti organizzative e di leadership con attitudine al lavoro in team e multidisciplinari;
Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro ed efficace con stakeholder di diversi livelli;
Padronanza dei principali strumenti di project management (MS project/Jira/Asana)
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Puntualità, determinazione ed autonomia
Flessibilità e disponibilità ad orari elastici
