The Essentials

Seniority: Mid-Junior, reporting to Strategy & Corporate Development Manager

Languages: Fluency in English and either French, Spanish or Italian

Preferred Location: Milan

As a Strategy Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Analytical Support & Organizational Initiatives: Provide analytical support and manage a wide range of organizational initiatives, including strategy development, research and analysis, project execution and leadership coordination.
• Reporting & Decision Support: Manage reports, dashboards and Board presentations to enable informed decision-making.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with the management team to identify strategic priorities and coordinate their execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and proper integration across the organization.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover trends and opportunities for growth.
  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights that support strategic planning and business decisions.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage in active stakeholder management, communicating strategic plans and updates effectively to both internal and external partners.
• Workshops & Strategy Facilitation: Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions to drive innovation and enhance decision-making.
  

Must-have skills

• Fluency in English and either Spanish, French or Italian;
• Demonstrate problem-solving acumen with an analytical mindset;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and stakeholders;
• Experience in understanding management and business requirements and translating them into reports;
• Ability to proactively spot inefficiencies, understand root causes and propose data driven actions;
• Ability to drive KPI management, and to come up with data insights based on KPI observation;
• Ability to prioritize independently multiple responsibilities and work well under the pressure of deadlines;
• Strong project management skills.

Power-Ups

• Experience at a top tier consulting firm or the strategy/commercial/etc. teams of corporates or startups
• Experience with Microsoft office and / or Google Suite
• Knowledge of Tableau
• D2C or Consumer experience
• Healthcare experience
