About the Job

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, with a focus on operations, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What you do

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating routine tasks and improving operational efficiency.
• Utilize SQL and database expertise to manage and optimize database performance and integrity.
• Implement and manage monitoring tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Lead change management processes, including validation, to ensure smooth and effective implementation of IT changes.
• Apply agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration and project delivery.
• Demonstrate flexibility by being willing to work outside regular hours and over weekends as needed to support business operations.
• Communicate effectively in both English and German to collaborate with diverse teams and stakehold

What you bring

• Operations AIMS eFlow expertise.
• Windows Server know-how and proficiency.
• Cloud knowledge, including Azure and AWS.
• ServiceNow proficiency; GitHub and AIMS++ know-how is a plus.
• Powershell and SQL/DB know-how.
• Grafana/Dynatrace proficiency; change management including validation.
• Agile methods; willingness to work outside regular hours and over weekends; fluency in English and German
