  • About the role: Role OverviewThe position is responsible for managing the delivery of in‑house training courses and personnel certification processes, ensuring compliance with procedures and a positive experience for clients and participants. Activities include planning, logistical coordination, and operational support throughout the delivery cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and organise in‑house courses (schedule, trainers, materials, attendance records, certificates).Manage exam sessions: candidate verification, documentation, issuance of certificates.Ensure compliance with scheme requirements, documentation, and safety standards.Coordinate partners and exam centres, including online activities.Monitor costs and delivery KPIs; contribute to process and template improvements.

About you: RequirementsEducation & Experience: Technical degree or diploma, with proven experience in training operations or personnel certification.Knowledge: Strong understanding of certification processes and course logistics; familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office 365.Languages: Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (minimum B2 level).Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required.Core CompetenciesExceptional accuracy and attention to detailEmpathy and strong interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentGoal-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving skillsAdaptability and eagerness to learnNice to HaveExperience working in accredited environments (ISO/IEC 17024)Basic knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and Italian Legislative Decree 81/08Security and compliance with statutory requirements in the countries in which we operate is essential for DNV.
