Position Summary

Responsabile contabilità generale azienda comparto meccanico

Main opportunities and challenges:

Lavorare in un contesto internazionale ed in forte evoluzione.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assicurare la regolarità, la qualità e la tempistica dei dati contabili e, complessivamente, del bilancio civilistico.
  • Supportare il servizio esterno SSO, a cui è affidata l'operatività contabile quotidiana e del costo del lavoro.
  • Provvedere, avvalendosi anche della collaborazione dei consulenti esterni incaricati,

- alla contabilizzazione del pagamento delle retribuzioni e degli oneri sociali e fiscali;

- alla contabilizzazione dei cespiti;

- alla contabilizzazione delle principali imposte dirette ed indirette

- alla contabilizzazione delle fatture di lavoratori autonomi alla rilevazione delle ritenute d'acconto e pagamento puntuale delle stesse

- emissione delle Certificazioni Uniche ai lavoratori autonomi e predisposizione dati per 770 autonomi e capitali

  • Supportare la preparazione, con la frequenza e nelle modalità concordate, delle proiezioni dei flussi cassa.
  • Assicurare il corretto espletamento dei principali adempimenti IVA e INTRASTAT
  • Supportare la direzione amministrativa nelle chiusure gestionali mensili.
  • Supportare la direzione amministrativa nelle attività connesse alle revisioni interne/esterne.
  • Supportare la preparazione della richiesta dati ai fini assicurativi  e gestione sinistri
Job Position Requirements

Education: University bachelor degree in Economy (Business Administration) / Ragioneria

Professional background:

  • Comprovata esperienza nella mansione ed in realtà aziendali strutturate

Hard Skills:

Essential: 

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese
  • Buona conoscenza dell'ERP Diapason
  • Conoscenza dei principi contabili Italiani
  • Conoscenza delle norme IVA e Dogane
  • Conoscenza imposte indirette
  • Conoscenza di Microsoft Excel

Considered as a plus: 

  • Esperienza maturata c/o commercialisti o società di revisione
