Role and Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst role will have the opportunity to develop both
functional competencies
in areas such as supply chain and finance, as well as
technical competencies
in configuring and implementing best-of-breed solutions like SAP, IBM, Dassault, and Adobe Commerce.

The Business Analyst will be assigned to a dedicated business unit focused on a specific process. This unit collaborates on
exciting projects and serves prestigious clients from around the globe.
Among the responsibilities are analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and offering valuable insights and recommendations.

Working on digital transformation and business process re-engineering projects, you will be involved in the following
main activities
:

• Process analysis : Collecting and analyzing business requirements to define and implement operating models.
• Process redesign : Conducting functional analysis and system customization to support project implementation and development. Reviewing system functionalities based on current configuration and/or technical specifications.
• Process automation : Utilizing disruptive technologies such as drones, interconnected solutions, dashboards, big data, and cloud to automate processes and standardize procedures.
• Business process optimization : Assisting in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or other technological platforms, ranging from model and process design to implementation.
• Creating presentations to effectively communicate with business references OR stakeholders.
• Conducting training sessions for key users and providing post go-live support.

Qualifications:
Technical and functional skills:

• Master's degree in one of the following fields: Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Strong interest in business processes and technology.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Good knowledge of English and Italian.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
