Senior Consultant - Identity and Access Management (IAM) (m/f/d)

As Senior Consultant Identity and Access Management you will take responsibility for owning the Identity and Access Management framework of our new unit in Luxembourg. In this role you will design and implement a comprehensive IAM framework across our global organization to meet financial regulatory requirements and support secure digital transformation. You will spearhead initiatives that ensure secure access to critical systems while fostering innovation and compliance in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will ensure our IAM framework aligns with financial regulations, security and resilience standards, and the evolving needs of a dynamic digital enterprise.
• Consult on IAM Strategy & Implementation by providing expert guidance in the development and execution of IAM frameworks, ensuring alignment with compliance, security, and operational needs.
• Partner with IT, security, and business stakeholders to assess IAM requirements and support the integration of IAM solutions across platforms.
• Act as a subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001), and risk mitigation strategies.
• Advise on the selection, customization, and optimization of IAM tools and technologies to enhance security posture and user experience.
• Stay informed on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure our IAM practices remain cutting-edge and compliant.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on IAM governance, regulatory standards, and best practices.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills and Attributes:

• Logically minded with a strong interest in IT.
• 5-7 years of work experience from a similar role or industry.
• Skilled in Omada or other IAM tools.
• Skilled in RBAC (Role based access control).
• Independent, resilient and capable of communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Highly motivated to learn and grow within the field.
• Responsible and patient, with the ability to undertake routine tasks accurately.
• Open-minded and comfortable working within a multicultural team environment.
• Ability to embrace change and innovation, contributing to a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Language: Fluent in English. German is a plus.
