Purpose of the position: As Quality Tools Lead, you will respond to the Quality Control Manager and be part of the Energy Carriers within job Bioraffineria di Livorno. You will manage and support 10 people.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Supports Project Quality Manager / Quality Control manager in defining the appropriate information required for a correct set-up of the tools
• Ensures that the QA databases for audit, training and NCR management are correctly put in place and set-up, both in terms of data and forms
• Interfacing with the department in charge of Construction IT tools administration, ensures that the QC databases for Mechanical completion and/or weld traceability are correctly set-up and put in place
• Ensures the training to operators and coordinators on the QA/QC tools
• Monitors the regular update of the QA/QC data managed using the dedicated tools, and regularly reports to the Project an to department about the effective and efficient use of the tools
• Identifies discrepancies / criticalities relevant to the status of the data uploaded and support Project Quality Manager /
• Quality Control manager in defining the appropriate corrective actions
• Supports the dedicated department in defining guidelines aimed to make uniform the approach to Quality Data in different sites, also interfacing with the community of other Quality Tools Specialists
• Ensures adequate collection of experiences in order to support the continuous improvement of the Quality tools
• When the Quality tools used are not the Saipem ones, interfaces the due Departments in order to find practical solutions to manage the data and to get appropriate reporting towards Saipem
• Also interacting with the Quality Records Controllers, ensures that the electronic copy of the final QA/QC documentation is ready in due time and formats in order to grant a smooth delivery to Client in compliance with the agreed procedures
• Ensures the interface with user and IT department in acse of troubleshooting that cannot be directly solved

Education: High school diploma.

Experience: 3/5 years as a similar role within oil and gas

Languages: Italian and English

Technical Skills: Quality Management Software, Data Analysis, Quality Tools

IT Skills: Excel Advanced, Database Management, System Administration
