Job Title: ICT Presale Engineer - Intern

Job Location: Milan (Italy)

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and configuring foundational networking solutions, including routing, switching, Wi-Fi, and security.
• Support presales activities by preparing and delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Participate in technical workshops and partner training sessions, helping to educate on our solutions.
• Help with testing new devices and solutions, and provide structured, actionable feedback to the HQ product team.
• Contribute to market research, analyzing trends and competitor solutions within the networking domain.
• Provide first-level technical assistance for partners and customers under supervision.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support events, roadshows, and customer visits with technical expertise.
• Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of our product portfolio and technology stack.
• Engage with clients and partners to understand their technical requirements and business challenges.
  

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related discipline, graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for technology and a keen interest in network solutions, customer engagement, and innovation.
• Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian.
