MAIN TASKS:

  • Analysis of the market and the insurance offer
  • Designing of process/models related to distribution networks of financial and insurance intermediaries

EDUCATION:

  • Master's degree with excellent grades in economics/finance/statistics or engineering
  • Understanding of life/non-life insurance topics and applied risk management in insurance consulting
  • Experience, even brief, within consulting firms in the insurance/banking sector or in insurance companies or in the Insurance/Asset Management/Wealth Management/Private Banking areas of financial intermediaries, will be a plus
  • Having participated in projects for the design and development of information systems to support sales and consulting activities of commercial networks of financial or insurance intermediaries in the field of Personal Financial Planning may be considered as a preferential qualification.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, communication, time management skills, and a strong aptitude for teamwork.
  • Good command of the English language is essential, and proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred.

TRAINING
Prometeia means ongoing training. We provide an average of 11 days of training per year to our people, in person and online. Particular attention is paid to younger colleagues, who are the protagonists of dedicated growth programs, and to the continuous sharing and internal transfer of know-how and skills. On-the-job training is also important, through immediate and direct confrontation with the market.
