We create a truly memorable holiday experience that exceeds our guests' expectations and leaves them delighted. We are looking for a new Host for our Hapimag Resorts starting in January 2026.
What you can expect

• Responsible for managing the resort, including budget preparation and target achievement
• Leading and developing approximately 20 employees
• Ensuring compliance with standards and continuous improvement of workflows, as well as creating employee schedules
• Providing impeccable customer service
• Serving as the point of contact for authorities

What you bring along

• Completed hotel management training (or equivalent qualification)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the hotel or restaurant industry, including 2 years of management experience in a comparable position
• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian skills (German is an advantage)
• Knowledge of common software and hotel property management systems
