For our store in Roma - Piazza di Spagna, we are now recruiting Client Advisor. This is a unique opportunity to join Diesel at a time of strong growth and transformation, becoming part of a team that sets new standards in client experience and style.

Key Responsibilities 

- Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
- Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.

- Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.

- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
- Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.

- Prove Brand and product knowledge.
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with.
- Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.

- Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
- Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.

- Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.

Key Requirements

- Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; passionate in Retail, client service and commercial mindset.
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
- Strong communication skills.

- Willingness evolve in the organization (willingness to relocate is a plus).

- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
- We are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.

Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language is considered a strong plus.
