Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive
Sales Analyst
to join our team and support commercial decision-making through data-driven insights. This role plays a key part in enabling the sales organization to perform at its best by providing tools, performance tracking, and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to support sales performance tracking.
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Manage and enrich customer databases to improve segmentation, targeting and opportunities mapping.
- Provide analytical support to the Sales team, enabling more effective planning and execution.
- Support sales team to create insights and actions for customer meeting
- Being the point of contact for KAM & NAM for all data points
- Collaborate with the LAR team to support the development of strategic sales plans and forecast.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders
- Being responsible for the data system changes with our external provider
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience with sales data, performance metrics, and customer analytics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
