  • Plan and manage all the maintenance activities for each store accordingly with the budget during the year, while focusing on delivering the quality standards required by the company and the relevant legislation.
  • Manage the tender process for global services and maintenance contractors in order to achieve the budget objective, controlling all construction documents and supporting Head of Operations and Procurement managers in the biddings negotiation.
  • Assist the legal department and the procurement manager in the preparation of global services and maintenance contracts, following their execution up accordingly and maintaining a clear understanding of the terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and maintain appropriate cost control documents in a timely manner, above all regarding the cost analysis vs budget report, for the whole maintenance process during the year, also interfacing with the finance department for all the necessary orders and payments.
  • Accurately prepare and ensure timely submission of required documents for necessary permits in accordance with scheduled ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities.
  • Plan and manage extraordinary maintenance activities in order to minimize the fallout for the involved store while assuring quick and definitive solutions.
  • Work with all the other relevant departments and consultants to monitor on-site safety regulations and procedures to ensure compliance of the stores and the contractors with all regulatory rules and agencies.
  • Manage all the installations and systems in store in order to optimize their efficiency and to reduce energy consumptions, also implementing a remote store automation system and working with all the other relevant departments to set the best practices and procedures.

Do not hesitate to apply if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a retail environment

  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
  • Customer/client focus
