Job objective

The Material Planner is a role responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain process within projects, starting from checking the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) through to on-site shipments. The main objective is to ensure that material and documentation delivery milestones are achieved. The role involves close collaboration with various departments: primarily Engineering, Configuration Management, Export Control, and Logistics

The Material Planner will be placed within the PMO function and will be responsible for activities related to the supply chain.

Main Responsibilities

Ensuring BOQ structure satisfies contractual and logistical requirements 

•    Ensuring on-time supplier delivery of materials and all needed documents

•    Monitoring and expediting PR and purchase orders process

•    Ensuring updating of the delivery dates of each batches

•    Ensuring receipt of materials within delivery defined in PO

•    Ensuring receipt of export (if any) documents in order to receive the export authorization from Export Controller

•    Starting the procedure of Non-Conformity for delay in receiving materials and documents in agreement with PM.
