To manage the hedging accounting process  for all the companies of the Group in line with the line manager's guidelines and group strategy. 

• Liaises with banks in order to manage the financial hedging settlement and to guarantee derivates documentation's compliance with Legal Dept support;
• Organizes and performs training sessions on financial hedging matters to colleagues involved in the process; 
• Contributes to accomplish auditors requests limited to the related subjects;  
• Cooperates with Finance Dept in order to share all the hedging information needed; 
• Guarantees the availability of accurate reports and cures the distribution to the involved department; 
• Contributes to the drafting of financial statements, fiscal reports and cash flow reporting, limited to hedging area; 
• Supports the line manager in preparing the Financial Institution Reporting; 
• Monitors the accounts related to financial area, paying attention on controlling exchange rate, interest rate, and price fluctuations and hedging costs in order to manage the daily operation and in order to contribute to the end-of-period exchange rate and cash flow reporting;  
• Assists the line manager in the activities of the end of period closing; 
• Participates in the setting up and monitoring the different types of intercompany transactions in foreign currency; 
• Assists the line manager in drafting new hedging policy, procedures and work instructions and in monitoring their application; 
• Supports the line manager in identifying new financial hedging instruments and new hedging strategies and in preparing the documentation needed for the hedging strategic decision; 
• Posts daily and end of period entries related to hedge accounting, analyses open items in foreign currencies and executes end of period evaluation; 
• Provides to close down trading transactions with the appropriate platform and keep under control the correct acquiring flow of the derivatives and if in case insert or rectify any of them may lost or not correctly uploaded; 
• Monitors foreign exchange rate, interest rate and commodities exposures;  
• Monitors weekly and monthly updates credit bank facilities on foreign exchange rate, interest rate and commodities; 
• Manages the hedging relations required by the Group's current accounting standards, checking their accuracy in terms of accounting, management system, treasury and the external platform;  
• Monitors the execution of the hedge accounting process on the different group systems and acts to solve criticisms; 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION

• You have a Master's degree in Economics or related field
• You are fluent in English conversation
• You have a good level and knowledge of derivatives hedging instruments
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• You have strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
• It's great if you also have knowledge of SAP
