Your team

The Marketing team's mission is to establish a distinctive brand positioning for Snai, driving growth through cross-channel communication, leveraging strategic media and partnerships to maximize visibility and conversion across all touchpoints, while fostering innovation and ensuring a consistent brand experience.

Your role

As Content Lead Specialist you will support the creation and delivery of high-quality, conversion-oriented written content across SNAI's digital and retail ecosystem, including Snaifun social and community channels, ensuring all copy is fully aligned with Brand & Communication Strategy guidelines.

You will operate within a structured governance framework, and translate strategic direction into clear, effective and compliant content across app, website, retail stores, digital signage, Shops' terminals, in-store materials and social platforms.

What you'll do:

§  Content Creation & Brand Compliance

· Write and adapt commercial, promotional and informational content across all touchpoints.

· Ensure all content complies with Brand & Communication Strategy guidelines and follow established validation processes.

· Apply tone of voice consistently across channels, formats and customer journeys.

· Support the development and maintenance of editorial and copy guidelines.

§  Conversion, Promotional & Social Content

· Create copy for customer acquisition, conversion and promotional campaigns, in collaboration with Marketing, Product and Business teams.

· Develop content for Snaifun social and community channels, adapting messaging to platform-specific formats while maintaining brand consistency.

· Translate business and engagement objectives into clear, persuasive and performance-driven copy.

§  Product, Retail & Operational Content

· Write and adapt content for: Retail PoP materials, Digital signage, PoS terminals e Product launches and in-store activations

· Collaborate closely with Visual Design, Product, Retail and Social teams to ensure coherent omnichannel communication.

· Support content publication and updates through CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, clarity and consistency.

What you'll bring

· Proven ability to write commercial and conversion-oriented copy.

· Strong command of tone of voice and messaging consistency.

· Experience writing for digital, retail and social environments.

· Familiarity with CMS platforms and content publishing workflows.

· Strong attention to detail and linguistic accuracy.

· Ability to work within guidelines, processes and approval frameworks.

· Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

· Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

· Clear, structured and pragmatic communication style.

· CMS platforms for content management and publication.

· Familiarity with social media content workflows and calendars.

· Basic SEO knowledge is a plus.

· Office and collaboration tools for documentation and approvals.

· –5 years of experience in content, copywriting or editorial roles.

· Background as copywriter, journalist or equivalent professional experience.

· Proven experience in writing commercial and promotional content.

· Experience producing content for social media channels is required.

· Experience in agencies or in-house teams working across multiple brands is preferred.
