DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

As part of the R&D Intelligence team, you will be involved in driving the R&D global Data service, ensuring alignment between HQ platforms and local R&D departments. Your role will be key in fostering technological integration and operational efficiency across an international environment.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

Key Responsibilities: Support the worldwide R&D Data services, providing strategic and operational support to our users, analyzing requirements and developing solutions. Coordinate with IT stakeholders and development teams on integration methods and industrialization timelines. Engage with HQ R&D platform owners, plant managers, and key users to ensure proper system deployment. Manage customized action plans agreed with operational teams (IT/R&D) to guarantee effective implementation.

The main objectives for the project include:

  • Support the Responsible for R&D data governance.
  • Support/be responsible of data modeling (ETL).
  • Create both strategic and operative User Interfaces using mainly ANGULAR or Qlik.
  • Create dashboards and reports to track action plan progress against agreed KPIs.
  • Promote best practices identified through benchmarking of local systems.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience in R&D and IT
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (CRM, PLM, IBP) and integration processes.
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability for travel trips abroad (average 2/3 weeks every 2month).
  • Results-oriented with strong prioritization abilities.

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION 

  • Good knowledge of Front-End Frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Data architecture
  • Knowledge of PLM fundamentals (especially 3DExperience customized for Pirelli).
  • Knowledge of main R&D/Quality systems and design applications.
  • Knowledge of legacy systems (ERP/MES/IIoT).
  • Knowledge of marketing and logistics platforms/systems.
  • Knowledge of plant organization and footprints.
  • Ability to work with 50% independence in managing activities.
