Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Strategist, based in Milan with opportunities for remote work. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, optimizing content performance, and enhancing online brand presence through engagement and strategic planning. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics and collaborating closely with the marketing and public relations teams to align efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to effectively engage audiences and build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies tailored to target audiences
- Analytical skills to assess social media performance and adapt strategies accordingly
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work across departments in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms
- Familiarity with trends in digital communication and audience behavior
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
